PUPILS at an Easter Ross primary school received a special visitor who arrived in style yesterday.

Primary 1, 2 and 3 at South Lodge in Invergordon were delighted to see Santa drop in for their party.

If the presence of a jolly man in red wasn't enough to turn heads, his arrival in a fire engine was sure to do the trick...

The school said: "I believe he may be able to squeeze in one more visit before he is extremely busy and has to zoom off to colder climates!"
