INVERNESS SHERIFF COURT: Strathpeffer offender (24) threw TV from third floor window of property in Dingwall

A man was placed on a two year long drug treatment and testing order for four offences committed over two years.

Kieran Sehar (24) of Ardival Street, Strathpeffer, admitted culpably and recklessly throwing a TV set from a third floor window of a Dingwall property on July 25, 2020.

He also pleaded guilty to threatening or abusive behaviour towards a woman whom he had assaulted in Dingwall on February 11, 2021.

Inverness Sheriff Court was told he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner towards police, shouting and swearing in Kessock Road, Inverness and Raigmore Hospital in Inverness and spitting on the floor of the police vehicle on May 29, 2022.

Sehar has to give eight tests per month to specialist staff and undergo regular reviews of his progress by a sheriff.
