CalMac cancels Ullapool to Stornoway ferry with more disruptions liable during Storm Isha

Storm Isha has resulted in CalMac ferry cancellations, following an amber weather warning covering Wester Ross from the Met Office.

CalMac announced the cancellation of all passenger and vehicle services between Ullapool to Stornoway ferry for today, January 22.

The ferry company has also warned that the 10.10pm freight service from Ullapool to Stornoway service taking place on January 22, is liable to disruption or cancellation at short notice.

CalMac explained that the disruptions and possible cancellations are due to the continued adverse weather, with westerly winds in excess of 45mph.
