Heavy flooding has hit multiple Ross-shire towns and villages across Ross-shire today (February 5).

A Met Office weather warning for heavy rain is in place until this evening.

The heavy rain has also seen the closure of multiple roads across the Highland region amidst several flood warnings across the region.

This morning, the flooding also caused a blockage of the Highland Mainline near Kingussie.
