KIND pupils have been sharing their old winter jackets to keep kids cosy this year.

Dingwall Primary School has been collecting jackets throughout November and is now ready to distribute the coats to other children.

The scheme saw donations gathered from pupils in the school in a good re-usable condition

Teacher Eilidh Mellon, who has been organising the project, said: "Our aim is to make promote a more sustainable way of living in our children and wider community, as well as making sure every child in Dingwall faces the winter ahead with a warm, waterproof and good quality jacket."
