A RECENTLY revamped Ross-shire leisure centre is set to trailblaze teen gym sessions beginning next week.

Dingwall Leisure Centre says the twice weekly sessions will run on Tuesday and Thursday from 4pm to 5.30pm.

The leisure centre gym – part of the High Life Highland network – recently underwent a revamp with the installation of new cardio and skill equipment including recline and upright bikes, treadmills, synchros, a skill bike, skill mill and skill rows as well as an extensive range of strength equipment.

The teen sessions will allow 12-16 year olds to use the gym without a parent present under the supervision of its staff.

This will include all cardiovascular machines, fixed resistance machines and light dumbbells.
