ScotRail flags 'Kids for a Quid' ticket to parents as school summer holidays loom large

As the school summer holidays approach, ScotRail is flagging up the "thrilling and convenient" option to head out for days out by train with a special offer aimed at children.

With the train operator's 'Kids for a Quid' tickets, children can travel for £1 return off-peak across Scotland when accompanied by a fare-paying adult.

Kids for a Quid tickets can be used with most adult ticket types.

When travelling off-peak, including on an Advance ticket, Season ticket, Club 50 membership, or National Entitlement Card, customers can enjoy the discount for their little ones.
