Good wishes from Easter Ross animal lovers as popular vet prepares to stand down after 18 years

ANIMAL lovers across Easter Ross have been bidding a fond farewell to a much-loved vet who is shortly to stand down.
Gail Cruft is set to retire from Easter Ross Vets at the end of this month after serving there for more than 18 years.
The vet practice, which has outlets in Tain, Alness and Invergordon, said: "Sadly after many, many years of helping the pets of Easter Ross, Gail has decided it's time to hang up her stethoscope. She is retiring at the end of September and we will miss her greatly. We feel that she has earned her retirement 100 times over!
"The place wont be the same without her but we are very much looking forward to Susan Taylor, a very experienced vet too, taking over Gail's role. Please join us in wishing Gail all the very best for her retirement."
