Local promoter LCC Live say they are delighted to be welcoming back Craig and Charlie Reid on Thursday, December 15, in front of a sold out crowd of nearly 2,000. It's the latest sellout gig the legendary Proclaimer twins have clocked up in the Highland capital over the years.

Caitlin Brown of LCC Live commented: “We’re looking forward to beginning our Christmas season with two fantastic concerts taking place in just under a fortnight’s time.

"The Proclaimers are renowned for putting on a great show full of classic hits, so we can’t wait to have them return to Inverness for their sold out show!

“Skipinnish will be commanding a party the following night too, which will be the perfect ending to another year of great concerts for us here at LCC Live.”

Popular trad band Skipinnish will be taking to the Inverness Leisure Centre stage on Friday, December 16 – a year after their Christmas 2021 show at the same venue.

The group have had a busy summer touring around the UK, including their Live In The City Big Top show at Bught Park, which drew a sell-out crowd of 5,000.

Tickets for Skipinnish on Friday, December 16 at the Inverness Leisure Centre are still available from Caffery’s Menswear in the Eastgate Centre, or at the box office from the venue on the night.

Skipinnish and Texas performed in July at the Big Top Under Canvas, Bught Park. And Amy Macdonald, with support from Callum Beattie, took to the stage at the Northern Meeting Park, Inverness.
