GPs at an Easter Ross surgery group have praised everyone for helping its Covid vaccination clinic run "so smoothly" after they administered 140 doses on its first day.

Tain & District Medical Group held its very first coronavirus vaccination clinic on Saturday.

It successfully administered more than 140 doses "to over 80s and front line workers", and added that all that day's doses were made full use of.

"Thanks to everyone for making everything run so smoothly," they said.
