WATCH - St Duthus beat Clachnacuddin A to reach Football Times Cup final. They will face Invergordon who beat Loch Ness

ST Duthus are through to the Football Times Cup final after beating Clachnacuddin A 5–4 on penalties after the teams were locked 2-2 after 90 minutes.

Ben Bruce gave St Duthus the lead early in the first half, but Troy Cooper equalised in the 12th minute.

Ross Tokely put Saints in front in the 23rd minute, but four minutes from time, Kieran Syrjanen equalised to force a penalty shoot-out.

They will face Invergordon who progressed to the final after beating Loch Ness 3–1 at the Recreation Grounds.

Phil Macdonald gave Loch Ness the lead after 21 minutes.

But Invergordon went into the break in the lead with two goals in the final two minutes of the first half from Benjamin Kelly and Ruaridh Patience.

Jordan Knight extended Invergordon’s lead 10 minutes into the second half to make it 3–1, which Loch Ness were unable to pull back.

In the North Caledonian League, Nairn County A and Inverness Athletic played out a 3–3 draw at Riverside Park.

Aidan Hersee and Dean Allison put Athletic 2–0 up at half time, but Nairn equalised with goals from Ciaran Young and Ross Peters. Luke Mackay put Athletic back in front, but Young’s penalty three minutes from time salvaged a point.

Elsewhere, Golspie Sutherland were left stunned when they were thrashed 6–1 at home by rampant Orkney.

The Orcadian were in ruthless form after they stormed into a 6–0 lead after 52 minutes.

Toby Macleod scored twice with Owen Rendall, Toby Macleod, James Pickles and Joe Wilson all finding the net to leave the hosts stunned.

Golspie grabbed a consolation through Billy Cairns just before the hours mark.

Alness United won 5–0 at Thurso with Alexander Mackay scoring twice after Callum Coli and Jude Fraser had put the Ross-shire outfit 2–0 up. Michael Mckenzie scored in injury time.

Halkirk United thrashed bottom of the table Bonar Bridge 8–1 at Migdale.
