STEVEN Ferguson shows he has what it takes to keepie up and not get left behind in the over 70 keepie up challenge.

The keepie up challenge is in tribute to people over the age of 70 who are in self isolation due to the coronavirus epidemic.

The Ross County co-manager was captured on video beating the over 70 challenge by managing 79 keepie ups in his back garden.

Sporting director Scott Boyd also met the challenge managing 70 keepie ups in his back garden. The challenge is also aimed at inspiring people to stay active and fit during the pandemic.
