County will host Dundee in the final midweek game of the season, before their final game in Perth against St Johnstone.

Fixtures: Saturday, April 21 - 3pm - Motherwell (H); Saturday, April 28 - 12:30pm - Hamilton (A); Friday, May 4 - 7:45pm - Partick Thistle (A); Tuesday, May 8 - 7:45pm - Dundee (H); Saturday, May 12 - 3pm - St Johnstone (A)
