Last weekend saw the semi finals and the final of the HACL, with the Black Isle Stags retaining the Highland Bowl once again, making it three competition wins in a row.

The Stags beat the Charleston Academy Knights in their semi final, and would go on to face the Millburn Academy Eagles in Highland Bowl V, who had gotten past the Inverness High School Predators in their earlier match.

The Stags won 30-6 in the final, securing their third Highland Bowl in a row – all the more impressive considering this was only the fifth edition of the tournament.
