Tailored judo session productive for Stags

Ross Sutherland head coach John Mann is hoping that a second judo session has sharpened the Stags’ skills ahead of their first pre-season friendly against Caithness.

The squad had crossed the road from their Invergordon pitch to take part in a session with the local judo club, but last week the coaches came to them to make the session more rugby-oriented.

Mann was actually on holiday for the second judo session, but he says that the feedback other players have given him suggests that it was productive.
