STRATHPEFFER Golf Club are the new Black Isle Darts League champions having defeated defending champions Ross-shire Club 6–4 in the final league fixture of the season.

Kevin Bartlett checked out on the winning double for the golfers, who finally ended the Dingwall side’s dominance in the competition.

Oscars Bar defeated Plough Inn 6-4 in the other fixture.

Strathpeffer Golf Club completed a league and cup double last week when they defeated Muir of Ord Golf Club 5-4 in the final of the Oscars Cup.

Blair Morrison threw the winning dart. Bob Stewart of Oscars produced a superb 15-dart finish.
