The Daily Record reported the striker is set to make the short-term loan move from Paisley to Dingwall.

Brophy has struggled to hold down a first team place at St Mirren and is set to make the move north.

The speculation comes after Ross County signed Josh Stones from Wigan Athletic earlier today.
