St Duthus storm back from behind to beat Inverness Athletic and win seven-goal thriller in Tain

St Duthus fought back from two goals down to defeat Inverness Athletic in the North Caledonian League in a seven-goal thriller in Tain in the North Caledonian League.

Inverness Athletic went in front after 10 minutes with a strike from Luke Mackay and Stephen Rennie doubled their advantage eight minutes later.

Saints pulled one back with nine minutes remaining in the first half when Aaron Skinner struck.

But Athletic took a 3-1 lead into the break when Brodie Watson scored in the 38th minute.

However, Saints stormed back in the second half when Ben Bruce scored in the 54th minutes and Skinner equalised on the hour mark.

Bruce scored the winner 12 minutes from time to give St Duthus all three points.
