St Duthus are looking to end winless run in North Caledonian League as they face Thurso

ST Duthus will aim to score their first victory of the North Caledonian League campaign when they take on Thurso at Grant Park tomorrow.

The Tain outfit are rooted to the bottom of the table after experiencing a poor start to the campaign.

St Duthus were unable to lift themselves off the foot of the table when they went down to a 2-1 defeat to league leaders Fort William.

Aaron Skinner gave St Duthus the lead 11 minutes before half time.

But Fort William levelled four minutes before the break when Doeimassei Muller Doguie equalised and Connor Macleod scored the winner in the 56th minute.

Invergordon head to Fort William tomorrow after they defeated Inverness Athletic 4-2 at Recreation Park last week.

Niall Docherty and Bradi Hulme gave Invergordon a 2-0 lead at half time.

Ryan Macleod pulled one back for Inverness Athletic five minutes into the second half, but Andrew Miller restored Invergordon’s two-goal advantage a minute later.

Macleod grabbed his second for Inverness Athletic to make it 3-2 midway through the second half.

But Ken Morrison killed the game off with seven minutes remaining.

Alness United picked up their first win of the seaosn when they beat Clachnacuddin A 2-0 in Evanton.

Drew Sutherland and Scott White both scored early to give United all three points

Loch Ness beat Halkirk United 1-0 and Orkney beat Bonar Bridge 4-1.

In the Football Times Cup quarter final matches tomorrow, Alness United are set to travel to Golspie Sutherland with Loch Ness set to welcome Clachnacuddin A to King George V Park in Fortriose.

One semi final is taking place in the Football Times Cup tomorrow as Bonar Bridge and Inverness Athletic are set to face each other for a place in the cup final.
