Ross Sutherland Rugby Club are inviting applications to be the club’s new head coach.

The coaching set-up in Invergordon has been flexible over recent years, with the club at one stage opting to go down the route of a multi-man coaching team that included former sole head coach John Mann.

However, that experiment did not last long, and last season Stuart Macpherson was installed as the main man ahead of their Caledonia North Two campaign.

Now, change is afoot once again at Ross Sutherland – part of a wider raft of changes behind the scenes at the club.

Mitch McSpadden has stepped into the club’s development officer role, while Michael McClenaghan has taken over from McSpadden as the Cashback officer covering Alness.

He will work with Andy Mair, who is a community coach in Sutherland.

Completing the puzzle will be a new head coach, and with an application deadline of June 13 Ross Sutherland are looking to give the new man the whole of pre-season to work with the squad ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.
