ROSS Sutherland’s Primary 4/5 and 6/7 teams had a double success at the recent season-ending rugby festival at Kinloss, adding to the victory at Nairn earlier in May.

Both teams were praised for the style of rugby played, as well as their sportsmanship.

Afterwards, a delighted Louise Richardson (P4/5 coach) said: “This was a great tournament with lots of good rugby on show. Winning both age groups is a great way to end the season. I’m really pleased for all the boys and girls, they all deserve credit for the way they played.”

Ross Sutherland’s new season for primary school children starts again after the summer holidays on Saturday, August 22.

Micro (P1-P3) and Mini (P4 – P7) rugby is a good way to introduce boys and girls to the sport in a safe and fun way.
