Ross County striker set to join Sunderland in a potential £300,000 deal

Ross County striker Ross Stewart is reportedly set to sign for Sunderland in a £300,000 deal.

The 24-year-old has headed to the League One outfit to discuss personal terms with the deal expected to be confirmed in the next few days.

Aberdeen, MK Dons and Rotherham were also keen to sign the striker but it is believed Sunderland have captured his signature.

It comes after the Staggies signed Jordan White from Motherwell earlier this week.
