Ross County's second signing of the summer has arrived in Dingwall.

Kyle Turner, who lined up against the Staggies for Partick Thistle in the play-off final at the start of this month, has signed a two-year deal with County.

The 25-year-old was in imperious form for Partick as they eased their way through the play-offs and into the final, making a total of 50 appearances over the course of the 2022/23 campaign and scoring seven goals.

He had previously been at Dunfermline, where he spent time out on loan at Airdrieonians in 2021, and Stranraer where he made over 100 appearances.

Turner follows Scott Allardice as a midfield recruit for County stepping up to the top flight from the Championship.

Manager Malky Mackay said: "Kyle is an exciting young player who was named in the Championship team of the year last season.

"I am delighted to bring him to Dingwall and he will be a fantastic addition to our squad."
