ROSS County have further added to their squad with the impending arrival of shot-stopper Michael Fraser.

The 27-year-old has been signed by manager Derek Adams on a one-year deal.

Formerly a highly regarded shinty player, he joined Inverness Caledonian Thistle in 2002 and also later played for Motherwell.

His career most recently took him to Malta, where he was signed to Birkirkara, the Maltese champions, back in October last year.

Derek Adams said "Michael has made close to 100 appearances in the SPL and has experience of playing abroad.

"He is now moving back home and is looking forward to joining Ross County. He is the third new signing of the summer and I hope to add more players to the squad over the coming weeks".
