Ross County midfielder Victor Loturi has been called up to the Canada national squad for the second time.

The 22-year-old was previously included in the squad for Canada's Nations League matches against Curacao and Honduras in March, but did not feature in either match.

Now, though, he will have another opportunity to make his international debut as Canada prepare for the finals of the Concacaf Nations League.

Canada's record in their group sees them seeded third amongst the semi finalists, pitting them against Panama in the final four on June 15.

The other semi final, to be played on the same day, sees the USA go up against Mexico.

Both the third-place match and the final will then be played on June 18.

In total, Loturi made 33 appearances for Ross County in his debut season in Scottish football, scoring one goal.

He started both of last week's play-off matches against Partick Thistle, which saw the Staggies dramatically secure top flight football for another season.
