Ross and Cromarty recorded their biggest victory in the Highlands and Islands League since making their debut this year when they thrashed Brora Rangers 7-0 in North Kessock.
The hosts proved too good for the Sutherland outfit on Tuesday night as they took a 3-0 lead at half time before finding the net a further four times in the second half.
Simone Coles was the hat-trick hero as she found the net three times.
Mary Peteranna found the net twice with Jayne Morrison and Megan Finlay also finding the net in a rampant victory.
Alice Urquhart was named as the player of the match.
It was Ross and Cromarty’s second win of the campaign and it took them to sixth place in the league with three points.
Ross and Cromarty return to action on Sunday when they face a tougher prospect as they are taking on champions Buckie at North Kessock with kick-off at 1pm.
Elsewhere in the league last weekend, defending champions Buckie maintained the 100 per cent record this season as they defeated league leaders Orkney 1-0 in Kirkwall on Sunday.
Lori Lappin scored the only goal of the game to give the champions victory.
Buckie are still in second place on 15 points, three points behind Orkney who are on 18 points.
But Buckie have two games in hand with their title defence still within their own hands.
Clachnacuddin and Sutherland played out an entertaining 4-4 draw at Fortrose on Sunday.
Eilidh Donovan gave Clachnacuddin the lead, but Sutherland equalised through Tracey Montgomery.
But two goals from Chloe Macleod gave Clachnacuddin a 3-1 lead at half time.
However, Sutherland fought back in the second half and levelled the game again with a second goal from Montgomery and Leanne Lothian finding the net.
Lucy MacDonald restored Clachnacuddin’s lead to make it 4-3, but Montgomery grabbed her hat-trick to give Sutherland a point.
Caithness thrashed Nairn St Ninian 8-1 with Carly Erridge scoring four goals, Lauren Ross, Kerrie Martin, Sophie Kinghorn and Hannah Hutson also found the net for Caithness.
