Reports Derek Adams is set to become Ross County manager for third time in his career

Derek Adams is believed to be in line to become Ross County manager for the third time in his career.
It has been reported by The Sun that the 48-year-old is set to be named as the replacement for Malky Mackay who was sacked as manager last week after a run of nine games without a win.
Adams is currently manager of English League Two outfit Morecambe who are in ninth place in the league.
But he is believed to be the favoured candidate of chairman Roy MacGregor to attempt to lead the Staggies out of trouble in the Scottish Premiership.
Adams was manager of Ross County on two previous occasions between 2007 and 2010 as well as 2011 and 2014, inbetween being assistant manager at Hibernian.
During his previous stints as manager of Ross County, he took them to the final of the Scottish Cup in 2010 when they lost to Dundee United.
He also guided Ross County to the Premiership for the first time when they won the old First Division title in 2012.
Whilst being manager in England, Adams has also been manager of Plymouth Argyle, Morecambe, and Bradford City before heading back to Morecambe.
