The 21-year-old was highly rated upon arrival in Dingwall last summer after impressing for Ireland at the Toulon Tournament.

Some reports linked Power to European heavyweights Borussia Dortmund, Lyon, Ajax and PSV Eindhoven, however he struggled with injury in his time with the Staggies.

Power made four appearances for County, featuring in three League Cup group games as the Staggies topped their group, but his substitute appearance in the 3-0 defeat to Aberdeen at Pittodrie at the end of August proved to be his final bow in the dark blue shirt.
