Inverness Harriers discus thrower Kirsty Law wins Loughborough International for third time

British discus champion Kirsty Law won the Loughborough International for the third consecutive year.

The 34-year-old from Munlochy sealed her hat-trick of titles with a throw of 58 metres and 59 centimetres.

She was one of three Inverness Harriers competing at the Loughborough International.

Stephen Mackay won bronze in the men's 3000 metres, finishing in third place in eight minutes 33.73 seconds.

Megan Keith, who was making her senior debut for Scotland, finished in sixth place in the women's 3000 metres in 9:29.26
