Mullin wants Ross County to continue unbeaten run against Partick Thistle in Betfred Cup

Josh Mullin wants to see Ross County extend their unbeaten start to the season against Partick Thistle in the Betfred Cup this Saturday.

The Staggies won all four matches in the group stage, before starting their Scottish Premiership campaign with a 3-0 win against Hamilton and a 0-0 draw with Hearts.

County have picked up where they left off last season, when they went on a few different unbeaten runs on their way to a trophy double.

Obviously Mullin would like to see this streak continue for a while, with Partick Thistle up next at Firhill.

“We want to keep it going for as long as possible,” he said.

“We’ve started with a couple of clean sheets in the league as well, which is great for the defence and the goalkeeper.

“We’ll keep plodding away, we don’t want to get carried away. But all these things that people are saying, keeping clean sheets, we want to keep building on that and see where it can take us.”
