Full time | Ross County 1–2 Hibernian (Mckay; Boyle, Nisbet)

Full time: Ross County 1–2 Hibernian

Four minutes added

85' Nisbet hits the side netting after Doidge sees his own shot charged down.

78' Laidlaw has to make good saves to deny Nisbet from adding to his tally twice.

77' White hits the post after connecting with Hjelde's free kick from deep.

60' Nisbet sends Hibs in front

Ross Laidlaw is a bit unlucky there, he has made two big saves to deny Kevin Nisbet and Alex Gogic, but the ball is not cleared properly and Hibs get a goal from it.

After he had made those stops, there was a bit of pinball at the edge of County's box, with Hanlon's cross eventually going across the face of goal where Kevin Nisbet pounced to beat the keeper.

56' Big save from Marciano to deny Watson, White follows it up with another shot but that one is a bit more comfortable for the goalkeeper.

53' Boyle equalises from the spot

Hibs have responded immediately, but once again the Staggies are not happy with a refereeing decision.

Alex Iacovitti is judged to have taken down Martin Boyle inside his own box, and despite County's protests the penalty is given.

Boyle stepped up himself and fired the ball down the middle to make it 1–1.

50' Mckay finds the net

After barely managing to get forward in the first half, Ross County have the lead early on in the second.

Jason Naismith's high ball into the box was not dealt with by Hibernian's defence, allowing Jordan White to cushion it into the path of Billy Mckay, who had a simple finish to score.

We are back under way for the second half!

Half time thoughts

That is not 45 minutes of football that will live long in anyone's memories.

Hibs have had most of the ball, and the Staggies have struggled to get out of their own half, but there has been an absolute dearth of quality in front of goal.

The best chance came from a mistake by Leo Hjelde, but other than that Ross Laidlaw has had a quiet afternoon.

One positive is that County are still well in this game. They might have to be clinical if and when they get a chance, but there's every possibility that they will take three points based on what I've seen so far.

Half time: Ross County 0–0 Hibernian

20' Doig cuts inside from the left flank and tries to curl the ball into the far corner with his right foot, but the effort is off target.

4' Early chance for the visitors as Leo Hjelde sells Ross Laidlaw short, allowing Martin Boyle to nip in and take the ball.

He is forced a little too wide to have a shot himself though, so pulls it back to Chris Cadden who slices the ball over the bar.

We have kick off in Dingwall!

25 minutes to kick off

John Hughes has elected to stick with a 3–5–2, with Leo Hjelde coming back into the starting line-up after Carl Tremarco injured his hamstring against Kilmarnock.

Club captain Iain Vigurs returns as a substitute after a mix of suspension and injury to fill the extra spot in the squad.

Jack Ross meanwhile has only made one change to his side, with Christian Doidge getting the nod ahead of Kevin Nisbet, who drops to the bench.

Ross County: Laidlaw, Hjelde, Mckay, Watson, Iacovitti, Lakin, Spittal, Tillson, Naismith, Donaldson, White.
