Invergordon will look to make it a clean sweep in the North Caledonian League season when they take on Loch Ness in the final of the North Caledonian Cup tomorrow.

The top two teams in the division will battle it out at Dalmore Park at Alness, with Invergordon looking to complete a hat-trick of trophies this season.

Invergordon won the North Caledonian League for the seventh time in their history when they cliched the title in their final game with a 2-0 win over Inverness Athletic.

It was an impressive league campaign for Invergordon when they won 18 matches, drawn three and lost only one game.

Earlier this season, Invergordon lifted the Football Times Cup with a 3-2 win over Inverness Athletic.

They face a Loch Ness team who are playing in their first cup final as a North Caledonian League team.

Invergordon reached the final of the North Caledonian Cup last week when they beat Halkirk United 2-0 at Morrison Park in the semi final.

Kyle Maclean scored both goals, grabbing the first in the 35th minute before doubling their advantage 10 minutes from time.

Fortrose based Loch Ness will be desperate to end the season with some silverware after they failed to defend their league title which they won for the first time last season.

Only one league game remains this season when Orkney are scheduled to take on Halkirk United tomorrow in Kirkwall.

Last week, two league games were forfeited as Loch Ness failed to raise a team to travel to Thurso and Orkney failed to raise a team against Golspie Sutherland.

As a result Thurso were awarded an automatic 1-0 win which lifted them off the bottom of the table.

Golspie Sutherland were also awarded an automatic 1-0 win which means they will finish in fourth place.

Bonar Bridge finished bottom of the North Caledonian League after they were hammered 7-3 by Clachnacuddin A.

Clach stormed into a 6-0 lead after 61 minutes, Mikey Duncan gave them the lead after eight minutes with Louis Macpherson, Kieran Munro, Jordan Shaw and Aaron Thain grabbing a double.

Bonar Bridge threatened a comeback with Robbie Breen, Stefan Ritchie and Alex Mackenzie to make it 6-3.

Cameron Maclean scored a penalty to make it 7-3.
