Invergordon find out date and venue for Football Times Cup final against Inverness Athletic

Invergordon have found out when they will face Inverness Athletic in the final of the Football Times Cup.

The North Caledonian Football Association have announced it is planned to play the final on Saturday, October 28.

The NCFA have also announced a provisional venue of Jubilee Park in Dingwall, although state the venue has to be confirmed.

The match will take place at 1pm.

Invergordon are the holders of the Football Times Cup after claiming the trophy last season when they defeated St Duthus 3-1.

They also won the North Caledonian Cup and finished second in the North Caledonian League last season.

Inverness Athletic will attempt to win a trophy for the first time in their history since joining the North Caledonian League in 2016.

It is the second time the club have reached a cup final since joining the NCFA seven years ago.
