Home advantage for Ross clubs in Highland Amateur Cup

AVOCH and Maryburgh have both been given home advantage in the Highland Amateur Cup third round.

Six times winners Avoch will face Lewis and Harris League side Ness at Coronation Park.

They made the the last 16 after edging Contin 3-2 in the Ross-shire derby.

Meanwhile Maryburgh will welcome Orkney outfit Rendall after being made to work hard for a 2-0 victory over Black Rock Rovers in Evanton yesterday.
