ALNESS teenager Abbie McNally believes she has what it takes to make it to the Paralympics after running her way to gold at the Cerebral Palsy World Games.

The Inverness Harrier athlete was victorious in the 200 metres when she took first place with a personal best time of 31:47 seconds.

In addition, she also won two silver medals in the 100 metres and the long jump in Barcelona last week.

McNally (17) says after her success at the Cerebral Palsy World Games it has given her the confidence that she can make it to the biggest stage in para-athletic sport.
