The 24-year-old South Sudan international initially broke into the Ross County team, scoring a 95th minute equaliser against Aberdeen last September, before joining Raith Rovers for the second half of the season, scoring twice against Dundee and Queens Park.

Brother to Victor Loturi, both have picked up international caps this calendar year, with William playing for South Sudan in a double-header against the DR Congo in March.
