Ross County Cricket Club found themselves stuck mid-table by the end of the North of Scotland Cricket Associaton league campaign, but it still represented progress over the last few years.

County finished fifth after fading badly, but first team captain Graeme Carney thought that the manner of their later defeats were perhaps more important than the actual results.
