The defender is one of three players from the Strathpeffer club with forwards Craig Morrison and Kevin Bartlett to be selected to face Ireland.

Kinlochshiel defender Finlay MacRae and midfielder Donald Nixon have also been called up with the two Ross-shire clubs accounting for a quarter of the 20-man squad to play in the shinty/hurling international in Dublin on November 2.

Caberfeidh were only promoted back to the top flight in 2018 and this season secured seventh place in the Premiership.
