Avoch are through to the quarter finals of the Highland Amateur Cup after two goals in the second half gave them a 2-0 victory over Back in Stornoway.
The Ross-shire outfit broke the deadlock 10 minutes into the second half when John Gillies volleyed the ball into the net from 12 yards out.
Fraser Macleod then doubled Avoch's advantage with Back unable to find a response to pull back the deficit.
Avoch will now host Loch Ness in the quarter finals on Saturday, July 15.
There was disappointment for the two other Ross-shire teams remaining in the Highland Amateur Cup Last 16.
Fortrose and Rosemarkie Union suffered a 3-2 defeat at Caithness heavyweights Wick Groats.
Jonah Martens gave Groats the lead at Upper Bignold, but Union, who play in the second tier Inverness and District First Division, equalised with a strike from Louie Wardrop.
Martens restored Wick Groats lead, but Union fought back again with Scotty Kenyon finding the net.
The game looked to be heading into extra time before Martens found a late winner to send Wick Groats into the last eight.
North West Sutherland League outfit Inver are also out after losing 3-2 at Clachnacuddin Reserves at Bught Park in Inverness.
Johnnie Beattie gave the Ross village outfit the lead after six minutes, but Clachnacuddin Reserves levelled through Aidan Mackinnon in the 15th minute.
Struan Coli scored a double in the space of six minutes to put Clach 3-1 in front midway through the second half.
Alex Stainke pulled one back for Inver in the dying minutes, but they were unable to find an equaliser.
