Missing woman (57) prompts appeal issued by Ross-shire police

POLICE are looking for help from the public tracing a woman last seen on the Black Isle.

Police in Tain said in a statement today they are increasingly concerned for the wellbeing of Anne Munro (57) who has been reported missing overnight from Ardgay in Sutherland. She was last seen in the North Kessock area and may have walked into Inverness.

She is described as 5ft 3in tall, of petite build, with blonde bobbed hairstyle and glasses. She was wearing a pink/purple fleece, navy blue jacket, blue jeans and black shoes, and may be carrying a blue tartan handbag.

Any sightings can be reported to 101 quoting incident number 0725.
