Scottish wrestling promotion ICW is bringing a full day of wrestling to the Highland capital on Saturday (October 8).

It's a special double-header of professional wrestling action featuring some of the country's top stars.

ICW Fight Club, along with its family-friendly brand Wrestling Experience Scotland, will both take place at the Ironworks in Inverness on the same day, giving fans the chance to see the top names in ICW throughout the day.

Then in the evening, Inverness will see a full over-18s ICW Fight Club event, taped for the WWE Network, Peacock & ICW On Demand.

The event also follows the recent return of former WWE Superstar Sha Samuels to the company after a successful run on the global juggernaut's NXT UK brand.

Cage Warriors MMA fighter Chris Bungard will also be in action, marking his first-ever professional wrestling match in front of families in Inverness when he competes in tag team action.

"I love wrestling and have goals to become a champion", said Bungard.

Insane Championship Wrestling (ICW) is the professional wrestling promotion created by Mark Dallas in 2006, based in Glasgow, Scotland.

It gained mainstream popularity after featuring in two BBC documentaries – Insane Fight Club – which focused on the lives of professional wrestlers Grado, Jack Jester and current WWE Superstar Drew McIntyre.

Wrestling Experience Scotland brands itself Scotland’s premier, family-friendly professional wrestling organisation, promoting fun, interactive, action-packed events aimed at families and wrestling fans of all ages. It's the family-friendly brand of Insane Championship Wrestling, Europe's biggest over 18s professional wrestling organisation.
