WATCH: World's strongest man Tom Stoltman from Invergordon endorses travelling fundraiser Speedo Mick as he reaches Loch Ness in mammoth challenge

A MAN who has taken on a mammoth fundraising challenge travelling the length of the UK wearing only swimwear has met a Ross-shire celebrity on his journeys.

As he reached Loch Ness after trekking all the way from John O' Groats Michael Cullen (57), known as Speedo Mick, was endorsed in his fundraising challenge by World Strongest Man Tom Stoltman, from Invergordon.

In a video which sees the pair together, Tom Stoltman endorsed the fundraising effort for mental health, saying: "What a crazy man, but what a crazy great charity!

"Keep donating for him," he added, before challenging him to an arm wrestle.

Speedo Mick, who has raised £38,613 – getting closer to his £50,000 goal – will be taking on th challenge to walk up to Lands End in his final fundraiser.

During his challenge, he has donated £2000 to Highland mental health charity Mikeysline.
