LESS than 24 hours after securing top flight status for another season in the most dramatic of fashions, Ross County Football Club has launched its new 2023/24 home kit.

When the kit was teased last week, the Dingwall club was hanging on to its Premiership status by the skin of its teeth.

The Staggies' dramatic penalty shoot-out victory is expected to boost interest in the stylish-looking new kit which goes on sale today at noon.

The club said today: "The kit honours our history and links to the Seaforth Highlanders and helps us to maintain the link between our past, present and future."

Staying up a huge achievement says County manager

It has released a film clip to unveil the kit to fans online.

The initial response has been predictably positive.

David Maclean summed up the upbeat feeling for many: "Guys, after yesterday’s performance you can make the impossible happen. 3-0 down then 3-3, gruelling extra-time and a nerve-shattering penalty shoot-out. Super heroes every one of you. Pride of the Highlands, ambassadors of the North of Scotland. All the very best for the 23/24 top flight season."

David Douglas quite simply wrote: "Take my money."

Steve Clelland stated: "Brilliant using legends Billy Ferris and Don Cowie Snr in the video. Nice touch and nod to club’s history."

Callum Meldrum reflected: "Our PREMIER LEAGUE strip!!!!!! What a game I’ll NEVER forget ever!"
