International superstar Snoop Dogg seemed to like what he heard when Ross Ainslie – described recently as “one of the most fluid, naturally-gifted and exciting pipers of the 21st century" – piped him off the plane and across a rainy runway in Glasgow reportedly to the tune Still D.R.E and Flower Of Scotland.

Hip hop star Snoop Dogg had arrived in Glasgow early on Thursday for his postponed show at the Hydro.

Ross – originally from Bridge Of Earn in Perthshire – dressed in a kilt and with his own version of a hip hop classic got Snoop making some moves across the rainy runway in what's been a busy week for Ross who was up in Grantown working on new material for his next solo album and he will be back in the Highlands next Friday to play in the village of Croy with his friend Tim Edey at regular music night Croy Live.
