NHS Highland (NHSH) is looking for a new board member.

The appeal points out that the NHS impacts on everyone’s lives at one time or another and this could be your chance to get involved in improving, sustaining and protecting the health and care of the local population.

You don't need to be an expert in health or have previous experience, but NHSH is looking for people who have an interest in public service and are committed to the delivery of high quality, person centred care and to improving the health and wellbeing of the people of the NHS Highland area.

Closing date is September 15.
