Invergordon welcomed the arrival of its first ship in the 2024 cruise liner season season.

The German-made AIDAdiva cruise, of AIDA Cruises, arrived in the port of Cromarty Firth on April 3, marking the beginning of a highly-anticipated cruise liner season.

Port of Cromarty Firth said: “Cruise season is here! We were delighted to welcome AIDA's AIDAdiva - our first cruise liner arrival of 2024.

“Between now and October, over 100 ships will call in to the Port, allowing passengers to enjoy everything the Highlands has to offer.”

In total, 116 ships will make a visit to Invergordon, with over 225,000 visitors expected to visit from the cruises. The final cruise liner of the 2024 season will visit Invergordon on October 9 and 10.

The next scheduled visit is on Monday from the Viking Venus from Viking Cruises.
