Vue cinema in Inverness will close from tomorrow night, due to coronavirus restrictions.

The business has made the decision following the announcement that England will go into a second lockdown tomorrow, in a bid to halt the spread of the virus.

A spokesman for the cinema said: "We have carefully followed public health advice throughout and following the government announcement over the weekend we will be temporarily closing our venues from Wednesday night, with the exception of Aberdeen and Inverness which will close on Thursday night, but we’ll be back with the ultimate big screen experience as soon as possible."
