Champion strongest men are planning to take on the world, as they ramp up their strength training for 2021 .

The Stoltman brothers Luke (36) and Tom (26) from Invergordon have released a video showing themselves set out on their arduous regime.

Tom tells viewers that the brothers have just bought the world's heaviest weight for height trainer weighing in at 575kg each.

After saying "we are going to be doing some light training", he lifts a 154lb overhead press.

While the video show Luke lifting a 308lb overhead press weight.

Tom hopes to lift gold at the World's Strongest competition this year, he is currently the world's number two.
