The railway line between Inverness and Dingwall has now reopened after emergency services attended an incident before 8am today.

Network Rail have announced that services will resume between the two stations, however disruption is expected to last until around 12pm.

Train services were cancelled, delayed or revised as an emergency has forced the closure of the line – however the nature of the incident is currently unclear.
