UPDATE: Missing Muir of Ord man is traced

A man who went missing from Muir of Ord on Friday has been found, police have announced.

Earlier today they issued an appeal to help trace 59-year-old Kevin Henderson, who had last seen around 10pm on Friday (October 27).

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Thank you for sharing our appeal for Kevin Henderson who was missing from Muir of Ord.

"He has now been traced."
